Concept
From a quote form to a quick reply.
An example, not a client project. It shows what could happen in the minutes after someone asks a trades business for a quote.

What it is.
This is a concept. It wasn’t built for a client, and it has no results to report.
Requests can come in by form, email and message, and it’s easy for one to sit for a day. This concept gathers each one in one place and tells the owner right away.
How it would work.
A quote form that asks the right questions.
The job, the address, a few photos and a good time to call, so the owner can reply without a back-and-forth.
An alert on the owner’s phone.
The request arrives with the details needed to reply.
One list of every request.
Each request is saved with where it came from, so nothing gets lost between inboxes.
A drafted reply, sent only after approval.
Nothing goes to the customer until the owner reads it and says yes. Consent and unsubscribe are built into any follow-up.
More work.
