What this site collects.
If you ask for a quote or book a call, the booking system keeps your answers, your name, phone and email, anything you add and the time you pick. No ad trackers, and analytics only if you accept it.

Who’s responsible.
OnesAutomation is run by Bilal Hashimi in Ottawa, Ontario. I’m responsible for any personal information that comes to me through this site and its booking system.

Quote requests and booking.
Quote requests and booking happen on this site. When you send the quote form, the booking system stores your answers about your business, your name, your phone number, your email address and any note you add, even if you don’t pick a time. When you book, it stores the time you picked with them. That lets the call be confirmed, changed or cancelled, and lets me prepare for it.
If you get an email after the form, it has a private link for picking or changing your call time. The link opens your name, phone and email, so keep it to yourself.
Each quote request and booking is also copied to the system I use to keep track of client conversations, so I can follow up about your project.
The booking system runs on a server I manage. The host hasn’t been finalized yet; once it is, this notice will name it and the country your details are stored in.
Sending the form or booking a call doesn’t sign you up for any mailing list.
If the booking system can’t be reached, the booking page offers Cal.com’s calendar instead. Booking there happens on Cal.com, under its own privacy policy (opens in a new tab). It says it processes data in the United States, so those booking details may be stored outside Canada.
Cookies.
This site doesn’t set cookies.
It remembers one other thing in your browser: if you pause the homepage video, it stays paused next time. That never leaves your device.
Analytics and ad trackers.
None. This site doesn’t load analytics tools, advertising pixels or social media trackers.
Fonts and images.
The fonts and images on this site are served with the site itself, not from Google Fonts or another outside service.
Server logs.
Like almost every website, this one runs on a web host that keeps standard server logs. These usually record your IP address, your browser type, the page you asked for and the time.
The host for this site hasn’t been finalized yet. Once it is, this notice will name it and say how long its logs are kept.
How long details are kept.
The booking system deletes a quote request a year after you send it, and a booking a year after the call. The copy in my client system is kept only as long as it’s needed for our conversation about your project. If you ask me to delete your details sooner, I will. Anything Cal.com holds is covered by its own policy.
Access and deletion.
You can ask what I hold about you, ask me to correct it or ask me to delete it.
There isn’t a separate email address for this yet. For now, send the quote form and write your request in the note.
Changes to this notice.
When something here changes, for example once the web host is chosen, this page will be updated along with the date at the top.
